This project is operated on a voluntary, non-commercial, and ideal/ideell basis.
- 1. YouTube Channel (@Westbalkan-t5x): Any monetization via advertisements on the YouTube platform is processed automatically through the YouTube Content-ID system and flows directly back to the respective copyright holders. External support via voluntary contributions serves exclusively to cover administrative and running costs.
- 2. Web-TV & Website (westbalkan.tv): The independent web-TV channel is supported by selected regional and international partners. All revenue generated through these partnerships is exclusively used to cover technical infrastructure, server maintenance, and licensing costs.
Copyright & Distribution / Авторски права и дистрибуција:
We hold non-exclusive regional distribution rights for the Western Balkans (North Macedonia & Region). Content is geo-blocked for regions outside our licensing agreements where required.
Jurisdiction / Надлежност:
This project operates exclusively under the laws and jurisdiction of North Macedonia / Овој проект работи исклучиво под законите и надлежноста на Република Северна Македонија.
